Dear Delran UMC family,

​

Given the downward trend of COVID-19, the rise of vaccinations, and the declaration of the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency in New Jersey,

​

Our Church Council has approved the following:

     1. Masks are optional for all ages for all church gatherings, whether indoors or outdoors.

     2. Social distancing is optional.

     3. Refraining from human contact is optional.

​

Please be advised that we are not completely out of the pandemic just yet. Let's use our best discernment in all that we do to care for ourselves and others, especially the most vulnerable. Let's also honor one another's choices about masking, and edify one another in our thoughts and with our words and actions. Our leaders will continue to monitor the evolving situation and adjust our plans accordingly.

 

If you develop symptoms, test positive for COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please notify the church office or tell Pastor Sam immediately so we can inform others.
